Using these attributes, Local business owners can set up online appointments with their customers in pandemic situations.
Here are four attributes :
- Online Care
- Online Appointment
- Online Estimates
- Online Classes

According to the category of business, Google will allocate a specific attribute to them. All attributes are not available for a specific business.
For example, if you are a doctor then Google will allocate only online appointment attributes for you not other attributes like online classes , estimates, etc.
How to add these attributes
- Sign in to Google My Business.
- Open the location you’d like to manage.
- From the menu, click Info.
- Find “Add Attributes” and click Edit
